Listening to Hear Counseling, PLLC.
A space for you to be intentionally heard.
Feeling overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or tired of holding it all together?
You don’t have to do this alone. This is a therapy space for adults who feel unheard, exhausted, and stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. On the outside, it may look like you have everything together—but inside, it feels exhausting. You may even find yourself thinking, “I don’t want to burden anyone.”
I work with adults who are feeling overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. Many of my clients are used to being the “strong one” for others while quietly struggling on the inside. You don’t have to keep carrying everything on your own.
At Listening to Hear Counseling, I offer a space where you can slow down and feel genuinely heard—not rushed, judged, or dismissed. I don’t just listen to respond—I listen to understand your experiences, your emotions, and the deeper meaning behind what you’ve been carrying.
Together, we’ll work to:
Manage anxiety and overthinking
Process emotions you’ve been holding in
Set boundaries without guilt
Feel more grounded and in control of your daily life
Welcome to Listening to Hear Counseling, PLLC, where you will receive a therapist who hears your story, honors your experiences, and helps you discover clarity in your own voice. I am so glad you are here. My name is Olivia Bonds and I created Listening To Hear Counseling, PLLC because I believe therapy should be a place where you feel genuinely understood — not rushed, judged, or analyzed from a distance. Too many people go through life feeling unheard, overlooked, or feel as if their emotions take up “too much space.”
My approach is simple but powerful:
I don’t just listen to listen. I listen to hear intentionally.
It’s time you felt heard.
You deserve a therapist who truly listens—someone who understands your story, honors your experiences, and helps you find clarity in your own voice.
I’m here to offer that kind of space for you.
“People are just as wonderful as sunsets if you let them be. I don’t find myself saying ”soften the orange a bit on the right” I don’t try to control a sunset. I watch with awe as it unfolds”
— Carl Rogers
